Return Policy

AFOPlus offers a 30-day return policy. Please inspect the package upon receipt，if you find any defective conditions, please notify us as soon as possible by email at sales@afoplus.com. We will give you feedback as soon as possible.
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, please email at returens@afoplus.com within 30 days of purchase and provide the order number, purchase date and amount to apply for a return service. Apply for a return service, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. All customized products do not support return service.
2. Return shipping must be prepaid. We recommend that you insure your package as you are responsible for the risk of loss of all returned package. In addition, we do not provide return shipping labels.
3. The returned goods must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. The goods must be in resaleable condition and there must be no non-removable labels or text on the product or product packaging.
4. Returns we receive that do not meet the above conditions will be charged an additional fee or will not be processed as returns. We will attempt to contact you to determine how to handle these returned items before processing them.
5. If your return is approved, we will process a refund for you and automatically refund it to the original payment method within a certain number of days.

*All of our products come with a lifetime warranty that guarantees them to be free from defects in process or components. Products that do not work properly can be returned to us at any time for repair or replacement, but we do not guarantee any collateral damage caused by misuse or improper use.
