AFOPlus warrants that the fiber optic products and components we provide will be free from defects in workmanship and materials throughout their service life. AFOPlus provides lifetime repairs for material and manufacturing defects to the original purchaser. This includes any manufacturing defects or failures that may occur during normal use. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect or improper installation. Accidental damage, such as physical impact, cuts or burns. This warranty gives you specific legal rights: you may have other legal rights, but the rules vary from state to state.
If any situation that does not comply with this warranty is found during the warranty period, the purchaser should notify us as soon as possible by emailing sales@afoplus.com, and we will give feedback as soon as possible.
